My husband, Randall and I live in the Inland Northwest. My daughter, painter Abigail Gutting and I are often off to an art adventure. We have been to Yellowstone National Park, the Sierras, Wyoming, Montana, Texas, Colorado, Washington, New Mexico, the central coast of California and other lovely places in the West. There is never a lack of beautiful places to visit and great folks to chat with. Painting is a universal language, speaking to all, of the beautiful creation in which we live, bringing rest to the soul. "Art should reflect the mind of the artist and the hand of the Creator."
